Simply ship your item back to our showroom, and we’ll issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Quality Review Process
Once your item is received, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements. This process typically takes 3-5 business days, and refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after the review is complete.

In Case of Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue quickly. Note that we cannot process claims or returns for items that have been installed.

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please keep the following in mind:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 100 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused and uninstalled.
  • Original Packaging:
    • Items must be in their original packaging with all materials, factory labels, and paperwork included.
    • Please package the item exactly as it was shipped. Avoid writing or marking on the box, as any deviation in packaging could cause damage during transit.
  • Customized Items: Please note that customized lighting (e.g., changes to chain lengths) is non-refundable.

A Note About Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns sent with postage due will be returned to the sender.
